Delivery Information

How much is UK or international delivery?

For UK orders below £75.00, we will charge our standard fee of £4.99 (insured up to the value of the goods). All orders over this amount qualify for free delivery.

International deliveries will be charged at £9.99 for all order amounts

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We display the estimated arrival time on each product page. So if you buy one product from us, you should receive it within the estimated time shown. Please check the product page for more information. If you buy more than one product from us, we’ll send all products together, this means that if one product takes a little longer to source, then all products will be sent once we have the final product in stock. Please contact us about your order if you would like to discuss the estimated delivery time before placing your order.

Do you offer free delivery?

We do! Any UK orders over £75 will automatically qualify for free UK delivery. We do not offer free delivery on purchases outside of the UK.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We certainly do, almost all countries are available to ship to. Postage outside the UK varies, so please check the shipping calculator on the cart and checkout page before placing your order.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship using to the UK using Royal Mail (Signed for) Special Delivery. We understand the importance of secure delivery service and all goods are automatically insured up to their retail value. If sending goods outside of the UK we will attempt to use the equivalent shipping method.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard AMEX and other credit and debit cards. We also accept Cryptocurrencies too!

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our website is PCI DSS compliant, we do not have access to any credit or debit card information as all information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and using advanced encryption.

Orders and Returns

How Can I Return a Product?

At Diadem Jewellery we pride ourselves in delivering quality Jewellery to our customers. In rare situations you may find you would like to exchange or return an item purchased from our web store, please get in touch as soon as possible and we can assist you. We may have a replacement item in stock in our store.

Before returning your item, please contact us via e-mail to let us understand the nature of the issue and to authorise the return of the product.

Can I return custom products or earrings?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns of earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, made-to-order, personalised or altered/modified, except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer’s specifications may not be returned.

Can my order be gift-wrapped?

We like to stand out from other Jewellers by offering a free gift wrap service for all products purchased, online or in-store. Whether you’re purchasing for a loved one, a friend or just treating yourself, we’re happy to wrap all our items completely free. If you would like anything else included, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are provided with the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no fee or penalty.

Should you choose to cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include the delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.
